Super Soft Pizza Dough Recipe
This recipe is a hit for our family of 6. One batch should cover a standard sized cookie sheet.

Ingredients

active dry yeast

slowly add flour until dough is not sticky to the touch

honey

warm water

cooking oil

mayonnaise

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉
Gently mix together warm water, active dry yeast and honey. Allow yeast to bloom.
Add 2 cups of flour to your yeast mixture.
Add in your salt.
Then add in the remaining flour until your dough is not sticky to the touch. Knead dough until it becomes well formed. Shape into a ball.
Add cooking oil to a bowl and place your dough ball in the bowl. Cover the dough ball in oil to keep it from sticking.
Cover bowl and allow to rise while you prep your other ingredients. 10 minutes minimum.
Place parchment paper onto cookie sheet and spread out your dough evenly. I like to use my hands. Dimples in the dough are fine!
Once dough is spready out evenly, I like to add a thin layer of mayonnaise ,
Add remaining pizza toppings.
Baking in middle rack for 15 minutes or until the bottom of the crust is a golden or toasted brown.
Let cool, slice and enjoy!
